<p><strong>Summary:</strong>&nbsp;<p>The Turtle Street Beach Resort is a new exclusive development on Curtis Island which is situated just off the coast at Gladstone.</p>
<p> It is close enough to reap the economic benefits of the massive mining and infrastructure investment in this region, and far enough away to maintain its pristine north facing beaches and fabulous life style. </p><p>The Gladstone region is well known for its processing and shipping facilities for the mineral wealth extracted from the region. Numerous new jobs are being created in the area with many multimillion and multibillion dollar infrastructure projects on the books.</p><p> The region has many high income earners looking for life style opportunities as well as attracting local and international tourists. Conference facilities will also provide an added lure.</p></p>

<p>The region has a population of 64,092 and takes in the local authorities of Gladstone City, and the Shires of Calliope, Banana, and Miriam Vale covering a total of 26,289 square kms. Gladstone is 550 kms north of the state’s capital Brisbane and 40 kilometers south of the Tropic of Capricorn.</p>
<p>The Gladstone Region is a unique area, where both tourism and major industry interact. Gladstone is a major processing centre for the resource-rich region and according to locals still has the charm of a coastal resort setting with an enviable lifestyle. Gladstone frequently wins the ‘Tidy Towns’ award due to the city’s extensive infrastructure and the aesthetics of citizens.</p>
