This guy, Cameron McEvoy, writes a great article from time to time for the Property Observer. Here is his latest offering. The biggest tip in this one is turning an oversized laundry into another bedroom can be a low cost way to increase the accommodation and add value to a property.
Previously he has talked about renovation of unit blocks, turning clothes line space into car parking and putting the clotheslines on a wall, creating a security block with electronic linkages to the now secured front door, and rending unit blocks for a fresh up market look.
