PIAA members must complete 20 CPD hours annually across the following areas:

Can I combine training programs?+

Yes. Many advisors progress through pathways—starting with Foundation, advancing to Advanced, and then specializing. Each credential builds on previous knowledge and experience. We can create a personalized learning plan.

How long does training take?+

Foundation training typically takes 8-12 weeks, Advanced 10-14 weeks, and Specialization varies. All programs are self-paced with flexible scheduling. You have 12+ months access to complete your chosen pathway.

What happens if I don't complete CPD requirements?+

CPD is required to maintain active membership and use PIAA credentials. If requirements aren't met, membership may be placed on inactive status. However, PIAA offers flexibility and support to help members stay compliant.
